That's what the ad says about the school on the surface, anyway. That's for the human side. But deep below the surface, another school exists entirely. Thrust into this secret, hidden world is Jake Vincent, a high school senior who has just had his world turned upside down by a mysterious event at his old school. An event where he displayed abilities that were far from human.
Deciding that he must be a freak, Jake is amazed to learn that he is not alone. A shadowy benefactor and a girl literally from his dreams enter his life at the Veritas Institute. An entire school with high school and college level students exists hidden away from prying, human eyes. He and his new friends, who all share different abilities, soon learn that they are part of the Fae. They are descended from elves, dwarves, gnomes, shaman, casters, and holy warriors.
Jake and his friends are quickly thrust into several puzzling quests, the most daring of which is to find and confront a group of other-worldly beings called The Wicked Three. Through prophecies, portals, and visits to both near and distant lands, the group of friends risks everything in their pursuit of the truth about their school, their parents, and about each of their destinies.
