This intriguing book investigates the revelation that a long-ignored painting of the Last Supper, on display in a Herefordshire church for 111 years, was in fact a long-lost masterpiece. In 2018, as the painting underwent much-needed restoration, conservator and art historian Ronald Moore discovered a signature on the painting—that of Tiziano Vecellio, the sixteenth-century Italian painter known as Titian.  After more than ten thousand hours of research and translation, the full history of the painting has been revealed.
