History doesn't record what exactly happened to former schoolteacher Etta after Butch and Sundance were shot full of holes in Bolivia, but it isn't likely that she ran guns for Pancho Villa in Mexico. We could be wrong, however, for that is exactly what she does in this grimy little film. Hector Elizondo plays Villa rather nervously, as though he's afraid his agent will find out.
