Because of his face, Rick Davidson has spent most of his life behind a camera as a news photographer. Having lost his girlfriend in a tragic accident, his life is further turned upside down when unable to accept her death, he suffers from a rare form of amnesia. Besides having a physical gift he must keep secret, he learns his sister has secrets of her own. When Rick finds a disk containing information about a plot to infect the nation's drinking water with a deadly smart virus, he and others are in danger by men who are willing to kill to get it back.
