Have you ever wondered about the afterlife? Whether or not there is one and if there is, just what it might be like?
My Christian journey began when I was 26 years old and I was full of questions.
As I studied the Bible, the issue of the afterlife started to become very important to me.
Who is going to heaven? Is it just for Christians? What about hell? Is it real? Is it forever? I needed to know.
I travelled down a number of Christian paths, looking for answers and soon discovered that there were different points of view to these questions.
I then made the decision that the Scriptures and the Scriptures alone would be the foundation of my beliefs. I also decided to work from the New International Version because I consider it to be the most reliable translation.
I searched the Scriptures thoroughly and in the process I also made the commitment that I would be completely honest during this process and not try to 'tweak' them along any preconceived or preferred directions. If I didn't like what I discovered, then so be it. God and I would work it out.
I am delighted with my conclusions and would like to share them with you.
I would like to shout them from the rooftops, but this book will need to suffice.
