Zeebra, the Hip Dog is a fantasy- adventure story about a group of unlikely allies of pets led by Zeebra the hip dog; fed up by the hill treatment of their owners, they decided to pay a visit at the first dog in the White House to pave their way to the congress to seek a new Animal Bill of Rights.
