A 12 year journey starting in Guilford High School 2001. The text begins with a detailed description of what the author's life became after completing the first draft of this book at the age of 17. The reader will be able to envision a 7 year period wherein the author struggles with dishonesty and substance abuse. At the end of this section the author proceeds with the 10 lessons which were the original intention of the text. After laying out the lessons the author uses his own life experience to further describe the application of each. The book concludes with the unedited first version of Chapter 1 "The Truth is Liberating." This will give the reader a true sense of how far the author has come since beginning this work as a 17 year old high school student.
