The value of goals lies in the direction and purpose they provide. When we set a goal, we are giving ourselves a target to strive for. This journal gives you the day, evening, and night to think about all the things we can accomplish. Once a goal is set, motivation is needed to work towards it every day. Focus also must be put into practice. Without a clear goal, it is difficult to generate a plan. And without a plan, it is likely we will not be as efficient.
