This book started as a need to express my most intricate thoughts and emotions by explaining each piece of poetry and my thought process behind them. I've always felt the need to explain my experiences to others. How my thought process led me to make the decisions I did when it came to my mental well being. It was through the thirty-six day guided personal journal that I realized the most important aspect of my mental health had everything to do with me, how I saw myself, my trauma, mental health issues and no one else.
