One cannot here but admire it as a wonderful Incident, that the Dutch, arriving in obedience to their Order: at Negapatam, lhould inllzantly find Reafon to abandon their original Objeél, and proceed to that very Place to which the Other Part of the Armament, contrary to Orders, and without knowing any thing of the fecondary O'wjeét to which the Governor of Negapatam was inflrufled to attend, had been before driven by Storm.
