May O'Halleran is a young Hedge Witch/Siddhe Fairy living in Greenwich Village. She is not aware of her heritage and has always wondered why she mysteriously floats to the ceiling and can send sparks flying to anything she touches. She has never felt that she fits in and longs for her homeland of Cork County, Ireland. Unbeknownst to her, Jurusha, a Daayan Witch, has her eyes on May, and is dying to get her hands on May again. Jurusha will have to get past Johann, May's boyfriend, however, and there may be a bloody battle that will ensue.
