Silver has brought thousands of men to Virginia City, Nevada circa 1860s. Millions of dollars worth of silver is being pulled from the mines, ladies of the evening ply their trade in the local brothels and the streets are rife with danger. Assistant Police Chief Charles Bowling has a murder to solve. Attempting to assist him are his Aunt Lottie and their friends who reside at the Ducks and Deeks boarding house.
