Rocky Rollins' best friend Lusty receives threats from one of her anonymous phone sex clients. Rocky reluctantly agrees to track down the culprit. Soon after, a series of creepy gifts appear on Lusty's porch, followed by a violent break-in that sends Rocky and Lusty on the run. When the stalker kidnaps Lusty right under Rocky's nose, Rocky pursues him, but the kidnapper has enemies of his own. Can Rocky rescue Lusty and defeat a band of thugs to bring the kidnapper to justice?
