IN THIS BOOK, Members of the Instrumentation and Controls Division, share the history of that Division and the practice of measurement and controls, as practiced at ORNL. The I&C Division was unique in the world, because it included the Craftspeople as well as the Scientists and Engineers in one organization, under the same management.
