Bill Clinton was born on August 19, 1946, in Hope, Arkansas; he was the first U.S. ‎president born after World War II. Growing up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Clinton ‎was a Boy Scout and sang in his church choir. When he was in high school, Clinton ‎met then president John F.
