Brandon of The Engineers
: Lieutenant Richard Brandon is a civil engineer specializing in building bridges. He was dismissed from the British army over the loss of ground-breaking plans. Brandon did not take the papers, but believed a woman he admired was involved. As such, he takes the blame and relocates to Canada.
