Sisters Ida (Moa Gammel) and Tuva (Madeleine Martin) embark on a trip to the remotest region of Norway to experience the country's unique deep-water diving in the heart of the winter season. However, their harmless holiday descends into chaos when an avalanche causes one of the sisters to become trapped deep beneath the surface of the ocean without escape.
