Coming to us from across the pond, Trader Joe’s British Shortbread Cookie Collection is made for us by a bakery in Derbyshire, U.K., that’s been in the business of high-end sweets for more than a century. Inside each box, they’ve packed a positively smashing selection of Shortbread Cookies in three distinctly delicious styles: Coffee (containing visible specks of bold, flavorful, ground coffee), Cocoa (flavored with chocolate and studded with bits of meringue), and English Toffee (baked with charmingly crunchy toffee pieces throughout).

Aside from making a right cracking anytime sweet snack, we find that all three Cookie varieties contained within each Collection will also serve stupendously well with coffee or tea as part of a winter brunch. And if you’re looking for something to add one last touch of elegance to your holiday feast, try placing a British Shortbread Cookie (or one of each style!) on your guest’s dessert plates.
