One of the most wonderful desserts in the world is the cheesecake. Smooth, creamy, beautiful to the eyes as well as amazing on the palate. I've always loved cheesecake, probably more than I should, but, they are marvelous. Four thousand years ago when the ancient Greeks made the first one, little did they realize that centuries later, not only would it stand the test of time, it remains a favorite dessert worldwide.
