True story of Chewy The Woodchuck that began in 1957. A ground hog and our family Terrier (Rusty) had forged a contentiously playful relationship in a field near the home of Joan B. Vinal, she was inspired to develop the story in words and art to entertain all children. So sitting in the attic for 40 yrs, son Peter S Vinal re-illustrated, reformated
it, digitized it and published it for her before she passed. She cried when her son gave it to her.
