The overwhelming nature of daily pain and fatigue can lure you into a dark, hopeless void. Julie Owen Morris understands this struggle personally.
Chronically in Christ
offers long-term encouragement for anyone living with chronic illness. Readers are not alone in their trials; Christ provides help for the toughest days. Morris reminds us that people with chronic illness can thrive in this dark season, and their stories can become testimony to God's strength in their lives.
offers readers hope to face the uncertainty and darkness another day.
Julie Owen Morris
, PhD, is a follower of Christ, author, speech-language pathologist, adjunct professor, and lupus warrior. She earned her PhD from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and lives with her husband, Chad, and daughters, Addie and Makenna. She has suffered with six autoimmune diseases for nearly two decades. A few years ago, Julie felt a nudge to begin writing devotionals for others with chronic illness. Those devotionals have been compiled into this book to provide hope, through Jesus, to others who suffer daily.
