Emily Reems Meadows was born and raised in Barnesville, GA and now resides with her family in Meansville, GA. She is married to Patrick Meadows of Senoia, GA and they have two wonderful sons, Noah and Elijah. Emily graduated from Lamar County Comprehensive High School in 1996 where she was the school's, Drum Major. Emily held many leadership positions in both high schools and in her church youth group
Emily attended Brewton-Parker College where she received her Bachelor of Music degree. Emily taught music at Lamar County Elementary School and then went on to get her Master of Divinity in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary
Emily served as the Children, Youth, and Music Minister at Tennille Baptist Church during her college years and then served as Children's minister and Faith Friends Academy Founder and Director at First Baptist Church Barnesville, GA for ten years. Emily then became a Technical Assistance Coordinator at Augusta University for six years. Emily was honored as the Technical Assistance Coordinator of the year. During her time at Augusta University, she served as Music Minister at Meansville Baptist Church for two years.
Now Emily is a stay-at-home mom because she needs to be able to take care of Elijah. Emily still enjoys working with children by teaching swimming lessons and singing with children at their local church. Emily's hobbies include playing the cute, attending their local church, camping with friends, helping her sister coach the middle school swim team, watching her boys play sports, and most importantly spending time with her family
