Guttermouth
's first album for
Epitaph
finds the SoCal punkers sounding less like an
band than they did before they signed to the label. On
Covered With Ants
,
still sound like
NOFX
's little brothers, but the songs and production are infinitely better this time around, which helps to overshadow the sometimes tiresome nature of the band's eager-to-offend lyrics. These are tight, catchy songs played fast and loud. Great stuff for
