The Credit Card Transaction Tracker (CCTT) can help with that. These worksheets allow you to track up to 3 credit cards per page (up to 8 transactions per card per month). Just fill in the details in the appropriate spot: month, year, name of credit card (i.e. visa, mastercard, etc.), date of transaction, the store in which the purchase was made, amount, and what was purchased in that transaction. You can learn from tracking these transactions how you are spending your money on your credit cards. You can then use this information to analyze those transactions and make changes to how you use your credit cards. In other words, you can learn how to take responsibility for your transactions.
