This publication applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air Force, United States Space Force (USSF), the Air Force Reserve, the Air National Guard, the Civil Air Patrol when conducting missions as the official Air Force Auxiliary, and those who are contractually obligated to comply with Department of the Air Force publications.
