San Diego punks Rat City Riot formed out of the ashes of several defunct SoCal bands. Their full-length debut is a fast and furious blend of streetpunk noise and crowd-pleasing anthems like "Break Us Down" and the title track, while songs like "Reality TV" show a more-than-passing acquaintance with metal riffing.
