A true whodunnit, based in Scottsburg, Wyoming, Detective Anderson and his rookie partner, Officer Parks, are on the hunt for a serial killer who has instilled fear and upset to their safe small-town. Every night at 9 o'clock a murder is committed. The killer is careful, but Detective Anderson is a veteran officer with a keen eye for clues. Can they find the killer before it's too late?
