Made by Joe Jurgielewicz & Son of Pennsylvania, the delicacy is prepared with locally raised Pekin duck (the same breed used to make Peking Duck), pure duck fat and authentic French seasonings. The confit arrives ready to eat or add to salads, tacos, Asian dishes and more.
