In this sequel to "Azure Light," Jakkob and Taliah have found the light: At a cost. Now they each face their own set of troubles as they bring the light back to the kingdom of Letani. They must find out what to do with the light now that they have it, and whom they can trust as former enemies become friends and allies become enemies.
