A tenuous peace has existed in the galaxy since the rise of the Council. Wars are fought by proxy, less advanced races, to limit the damage caused by technology. High Priestess Cambria wishes for a better way, and strives to find an end to the proxy system. However, the Zar'Pred race are not so diplomatically inclined. Cambria's one hope lies in one particular race chosen as proxy.
