Critical/Emancipatory Environmental Education seeks to re-educate values, attitudes and affectivity towards the environment, considering it as a locus for action. In this context, it is through environmental education that a new look is sought at the environmental collapse in which post-modern society finds itself. The aim of the research is to investigate, from a critical perspective, the presence and possibility of inserting Environmental Education into everyday school life by discussing the film Wall-e from a critical perspective. The reports and perceptions on the subject were interrelated with writings from a critical approach to environmental education, such as Loureiro and Guimarães. In addition, the aim is to bring its insertion into the school environment, as it propels greater equality between society-nature, as well as society-society.
