My book began as a journal; it kept track of my daily activities also my calorie intake & workout regimens. So I am writing to keep track of what I did and what I ate and check on my results, so I knew where I needed to make changes to become healthier and more-fit. This was so important for me to write because my health wasn't at its best, and I was trying to live an overall healthier lifestyle. The weight I was gaining made the situation even worse. I was now 380 pounds, I made plenty of minor changes but couldn't put my finger on where I was going wrong, so I learned from trial and error. My documentation helped me figure out what was working and what wasn't. In my book, I discuss my experiences and how they helped me change my perspective on my health; the process forced me to take action!
