2020 marked the end of Rachel's trauma cycles, beginning with a tumultuous childhood and adolescence. And while she thought the cycle had ended, it repeated itself in what culminated in a 20-year toxic relationship. Resources found their way to Rachael, helping her rebuild and redefine her life and finally ending generational cycles that began in her early childhood.
