This book explores the various array of emotions present in
all our personalities. Normalizing each emotion will help
children feel more comfortable expressing themselves,
especially when they feel sad or overwhelmed.
Through this Covid -19 pandemic and the uncertainty
surrounding us, children may sometimes exhibit fear in
diverse ways. Allowing children to express their emotions
will help to relieve some of their anxiety.
One thing I learned authoring this book with my daughter is,
she expressed each emotion by remembering when
something happened at a particular time. We hope you
enjoyed our book and allow your children to express their
feelings when they need to. This is a useful source of being
able to communicate with your children because it is
expressive, relatable and most of all, fun!
