Based on real events, the characters in this novel, including well known sports and Olympic heroes, are fictional, including the participants of the 4x100 meter Olympic team, those who ran for the American squad, in Berlin, August, 1936, or those whom did not compete because they were Jewish. This novel,Ghost Runners, may be read first in the trilogy that was created by time and the changing hands of historical perspective.
