In a brand new take on a very old story, GOLDIE LAX--of the large and affluent Lax clan--and SURIE BEER--an only child; one of the three Beers--have been feuding for years. Although the source of the feud has long been forgotten, things have gotten so bad between the girls, that even their families, teacher and classmates are upset. During the course of the story, the two girls finally learn to do the great mitzvah of loving one's friend as oneself--and the Lax and Beer families at long last have a peaceful Shabbos together; a true SHABBAT SHALOM!
