Made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, each one is proofed, kettle boiled and bathed in cold water, then baked on burlap-covered wood boards in a vintage revolving tray oven. The results are extraordinary bagels that have been featured everywhere from the Food Network to TV shows like "Seinfeld" and "Sex & the City."
