Although there are no supplemental materials, the performances by such legendary figures as Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs, and Alison Krauss make this disc worthy of attention from anyone with an interest in music. Although discographies and more background information would help, this release will please bluegrass fans and possibly initiate neophytes."
