This sweet- savory mixture is stuffed into colorful, square pasta—one side is orange-red like a pumpkin shell, the other side a more muted orange, like the inside of the pumpkin. Just chewy enough on the outside, smooth & rich on the inside, Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli are flavorful enough that they need very little saucy embellishment.
