Marigold huye de los fantasmas. Los espectros de su antigua vida siguen persiguiéndola, pero quizá mudarse de una pequeña ciudad costera de California a la ciudad de Cerdarville sea el nuevo comienzo que necesita. La nueva casa de revista de Maple Street, alzada entre viviendas en ruinas y rodeada de vecinos desconfiados, tiene sus... secretos.
