I Married the Military: The Roots of My Life is a story based on my past from when I was a little girl up until I married my amazing husband. The events from my childhood have molded me into the person I am today. Some of the situations I learned to overcome seemed to be unbearable at the time; however, each one has prepared me to be strong and independent to this day. Most importantly, they have prepped me to be an army wife. Many hardships in my personal life have been difficult. They have also been real eye-opening. I am here to tell my story so I can inspire yours.
