Four generations of the Jean Dubost family have been crafting fine knives in the Laguiole region of France since 1920. Inspired by the company's original folding design, these knives feature mirror-polished stainless-steel blades that slice easily through steaks and chops. Each one features an intricate guilloche along the top of the blade and tang, the iconic Laguiole bee and a colorful acrylic handle.
