When our suppliers are challenged to provide all we need for our customers, we will occasionally source alternate products to sell in the meantime. Of course, in these cases our goal is always to provide a ‘fill-in’ that is as high-quality as what we’ve been selling all along. In the case of our current needs for ready-to-eat, hard- cooked eggs, we’re bringing in these Cage Free, Hard-Boiled Eggs from the folks at Kramer Farms™ for a limited time.

Gathered exclusively from Cage Free hens, these Hard-Boiled Eggs are a consummately convenient culinary companion. Aside from making a great, quick, proteinaceous snack, right out of the bag (they’re especially delcious when sprinkled with a bit of salt and pepper), they’re also an extremely handy ingredient for all sorts of salads and appetizers. Cut them in half for a nice Niçoise, into slices for a captivating Cobb, and into cubes and mix them with some mayo and Mirepoix for an effortless egg salad. And if you have designs on making deviled eggs, half the work is already done for you.
