They find hope for one in a village hidden in the Oldest Wood, over the mountains. Despite their efforts, the past and worse catch up to them. Vicious predators, cannibal cultists, and an evil badger mage who serves Void are looking for that village, threatening Rabbs, Tams, and Chester's new friends, who have become like family. When they come knocking on those wooden gates, running from the past isn't an option anymore.
