The Senate is the gov erning body of the men at birmingham-southern. It is composed of five men elected from the Up per Division and four from the Lower Divi sion. The President of the Student Body serves also as president of the Senate, making a total of ten.
This body is elected in an open campus election. Any student carrying the sufficient number of hours to qualify him as a regular student is eligible for one of these posts, sub ect to the action of the Nominating Board.
