This work is the first critical edition of the entirety of the fifth prose version of the Roman de Troie, integrated into the second draft of the Histoire ancienne jusqu'a Cesar. It is accompanied by a study of the manuscript tradition, a linguistic analysis, an index of proper names, and a glossary.
