Since our supplier pre-washes these Leaves, they’re ready to be enjoyed, right out of the bag. In fact, aside from their many uses as the base for a salad, we find that they make a pretty great snack straight from the bag, especially when dipped in your favorite salad dressing, or a quick mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We’d be remiss, though, if we failed to mention how great they are for serving hot and cold hors d’oeuvres.
