A former head coach with nearly four decades of experience, Tic Price made the transition from the sideline to the studio for the 2021-22 season. His experience gained in the locker room and in the huddle made him a primary target to serve as a television analyst for several different networks, including ESPN+, Southland Sports, and the UNO Privateer Network.
Price made the successful jump in front of the camera after a coaching career that spanned 38 years, with the majority of that coming at the NCAA Division I level. Price became the 11th head coach of a Cardinals' program that had won only six games in the previous two seasons combined before his arrival. Among his 38 seasons, Price has won more than 200 games and helped coach 13 different squads to the NCAA Championships, NIT, or CollegeInsider.com tournament as either an assistant or head coach.
