Violet Kelso is a free lance writer living in small town Kansas, but when her mother's caretaker wants to retire, Violet must move to Roswell, New Mexico, to care for her ailing mother. Things go from bad to worse when she returns to Kansas and catches her boyfriend in bed with another woman.
