aims at an urban, upper-middle class audience, so the album is filled with staples of
adult contemporary
radio, like

. There are also songs intended to give the album diversity and emotional weight, with contributions from
Etta James
Sarah McLachlan
John Lennon
, and, of course, the
Paul Reiser
